How long is the coaching commitment?

Both plans are billed monthly. There's no contract, but I recommend at least 12 weeks to see serious progress. You're welcome to stay as long as you're progressing.

Can I upgrade from Select to Premium later?

Yes, you can switch plans at the end of any billing cycle. Many clients start on Select and move to Premium once they’re ready for deeper support.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Whether you’re returning after a long layoff or already training but stuck, I’ll meet you where you’re at.

Do I need access to a gym?

No, your program is built around your equipment. Whether that’s a full gym, home dumbbells, resistance bands or bodyweight, I’ll make it work.

Will I get a meal plan?

Yes, you’ll get a complete nutrition structure based on your preferences, schedule and physique goals. No cookie cutter diets. But also access to Silhouette PT Onlines Recipe Books is included.
