The Silhouette PT Manifesto: This Is Who We Are and Exactly Who This Is For

Jun 07, 2026

Let me be completely clear about what Silhouette PT is. And more importantly, what it is not.

This is not for everyone. It is not designed to be, and I have never pretended otherwise. The fitness industry runs on volume. Sign up as many people as possible, deliver something generic enough to apply to all of them, and move on. That model works brilliantly for the industry. It works terribly for the individual.

Silhouette PT is built for a very specific type of man. If that man is you, you will know it before you finish reading this. If it is not, that is genuinely fine. There are thousands of coaching options available online and one of them will suit you. This one is for a particular kind of person, and I would rather work with the right few than the wrong many.

Who This Is Actually For?

It is for the man who has built something real.

A career that demanded decades of consistent effort, difficult decisions, and the kind of discipline that most people talk about but rarely actually demonstrate. A family. A position. A life that, measured against almost any external standard, looks like success. Because it is success. That is not in question.

What is in question is the body that has carried all of that. The body that was deprioritised somewhere along the way, quietly and then comprehensively, as everything else moved up the list. The body that absorbed the long hours, the poor sleep, the business travel, the client dinners, the stress that never fully switches off, and the decade or more of physical neglect dressed up as being too busy and too important to deal with it properly.

And now it is catching up. The energy is not what it was. The body composition has shifted in ways that are becoming difficult to ignore. Recovery from training, when training happens at all, takes longer than it should. The reflection in the mirror does not match the internal self image. Something is off, and deep down there is the knowledge that it has been off for a while and it will not fix itself.

That is the man this is for.

It is also for the man who has already tried the alternative. Who has downloaded the programme, hired the trainer who looked impressive on social media, followed the generic meal plan, and found himself three months later with minimal results and a growing suspicion that he was being sold a solution designed for someone who is nothing like him. The man who is done with vague promises, templated approaches, and coaches who are more invested in their own content than in the actual outcomes of the people paying them.

That man exists. I know he does because I hear from him regularly. And he is exactly who Silhouette PT was built to serve.

What Working With Me Actually Means

Before you consider reaching out, there is something you need to understand clearly. Because it will save us both time if we are aligned on this from the beginning.

You hire me to work with you. Not for you.

That distinction is not semantic. It is fundamental to how this works and why it produces the results it does.

I am not a service you purchase and then passively receive. I am not here to make you feel good about doing the minimum. I am not going to send you encouraging messages while you skip sessions and tell yourself you will catch up next week. That is not coaching. That is an expensive hobby that produces nothing.

What I am here to do is tell you exactly what you need to hear, build you a programme that is specifically designed around your physiology, your history, your constraints, and your goals, hold you to the standard that those goals require, and deliver the truth about your performance and your progress regardless of whether that truth is comfortable.

If you want someone to tell you that you are doing great while you are not, there are plenty of those coaches available. They are easy to find and the market for them is enormous, because most people, if they are being honest, would rather be validated than challenged. That is a human impulse and there is no judgement in it.

But it is not what produces transformation. And it is not what this is.

I will treat you as the intelligent, capable adult you are. That means no hand holding through basic concepts you can understand perfectly well. No patronising motivational language that assumes you need cheerleading to take action. No softening of feedback to protect feelings at the expense of progress.

It means direct, honest, expert coaching delivered by someone who has spent 17 years working with athletes at the highest competitive levels and executives operating at the top of their industries. Someone who has seen what actually works and what is simply comfortable noise masquerading as progress.

Why I Work With Very Few People

The volume model is not how this works. It is not how it will ever work.

Coaching that is genuinely specific to the individual, that accounts for hormonal reality, movement history, lifestyle constraints, psychological relationship with training, and the dozens of other variables that separate a programme that actually works from one that is merely plausible on paper, requires time, attention, and the kind of deep familiarity with each client that cannot be diluted across a large roster without degrading to the mean.

The fitness industry has normalised the idea that a coach managing 200 clients is delivering coaching. It is not. It is delivering a template with a name on it.

When I work with someone, I know their training inside out. I know where they are compensating and why. I know the weeks when work pressure is going to make recovery harder and we need to programme accordingly. I know when to push and when pulling back will produce better outcomes than adding load. That knowledge does not come from an intake form. It comes from a sustained, attentive coaching relationship that simply cannot exist at scale.

This is why the number stays small. And why the results stay consistent.

The Non Negotiables

If we are going to work together, these are the conditions. They are not negotiable and they are not apologised for.

- You show up.

Not when it is convenient. Not when everything else is handled. Consistently, as agreed, with the understanding that the programme works only if you execute it. Life will intervene. Schedules will be disrupted. We account for that in the programming. What we do not account for is the chronic pattern of treating your training as the first thing to sacrifice when competing priorities appear.

- You are honest.

About what you are actually eating. About the sessions you skipped. About the sleep you are or are not getting. About the stress you are carrying. The programme I build for you is only as good as the information it is based on. If that information is filtered through what you think I want to hear, the programme is built on a fiction and the results will reflect that.

- You engage with the process.

Coaching is a dialogue, not a monologue. When something is not working, you communicate that. When your circumstances change, you communicate that. When you disagree with an approach, you say so and we discuss it. The relationship works because both parties are invested in an honest conversation about what is actually happening and what needs to happen next.

- You accept that progress is not linear and results take time.

The transformation that men at this stage of life are capable of is genuine and it is significant. But it does not happen in four weeks. Anyone telling you it does is selling you something. The men who achieve the most meaningful, durable change are the ones who commit to the process with a long enough horizon to let the compounding effects of consistent, intelligent work accumulate.

What You Will Get

You will get a programme that was built for you specifically. Not adapted from a template. Not modified from a generic structure. Built from the ground up around your individual physiology, your movement reality, your hormonal profile, your schedule, and your goals.

You will get honesty. About where you are, what is holding you back, and what the path forward actually looks like. Not the path forward you would prefer, but the real one.

You will get results that are measurable and meaningful. Not the superficial metrics that look good on a before and after photograph but collapse within three months of the programme ending. Structural, sustainable changes to your body composition, your performance, your energy, and your relationship with your own physical capability.

And you will get a coaching relationship built on mutual respect and directness. One that treats you as a high functioning adult who wants to be given the information and the tools to make real decisions, not managed and placated and kept comfortable at the expense of genuine progress.

3 Action Points: Before You Reach Out

Action Point 1: Get Honest About Your Real Starting Point

Not the starting point you present to the world, or even the one you tell yourself. The actual one. Write down your current body composition, your genuine training frequency over the last three months, your average sleep duration, your stress levels, and your energy across the day. If you cannot look at that list without a degree of discomfort, good. Discomfort with the current reality is the only legitimate fuel for the decision to change it.

Action Point 2: Define What You Actually Want in 12 Months

Not a vague improvement. A specific outcome. What does your body look like? How do you perform? How do you feel getting out of bed, in a meeting, at the end of a long week? What can you do physically that you cannot do right now? Specificity of goal is the difference between a direction and a destination. You need a destination.

Action Point 3: Decide Whether You Are Ready for Honesty Over Comfort

This is the only question that matters before working with me. Not whether you can afford it. Not whether you can fit the sessions in. Those are logistical questions with logistical answers. The real question is whether you are willing to have an honest conversation about what is actually happening with your body and your health, and to be told what you need to hear rather than what you would prefer to hear. If the answer is yes, the link is below. If the answer is not yet, come back when it is.

READY !
